When are the flowers delivered?

The flowers will be delivered on the date you specified. The time depends on the route we have to take. We deliver ourselves. Since we may deliver several bouquets within one route, it is sometimes not possible to give an exact time. If the recipient is not at home, we will come back the same day to deliver the bouquet. If nobody is at home, we'll put a notification in the mailbox and give the bouquet to the neighbors.
How much shipping costs are incurred?

The shipping costs are €3.50 for delivery within Gildehaus, €5.00 for delivery within Bad Bentheim and €7.50 for delivery in Schüttorf.
I would like the bouquet to be delivered today. Is that possible?

Yes, that's entirely possible. We deliver six days a week, from Monday to Friday (until 6 p.m.) and Saturday (until 2 p.m.). If you order before 1 p.m., we deliver the same afternoon.
What days do you deliver?

We deliver six days a week, Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
The bouquet is not delivered, is everything ok?

We do our best to ensure that the bouquet is delivered on the right day. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible. Then we will do our best to solve the problem. The flowers always arrive here. If the recipient cannot be reached, he will receive a notification card so that he can find out in this way that he should receive a bouquet of flowers. He can contact us with the card and discuss the further procedure.
